Atlas Amateur Boxing Club is a Leicester-based charity using boxing, mentoring and structured support to build discipline, confidence, fitness and positive routines. Whether you are joining for fitness, developing as an amateur boxer, referring a young person, volunteering or supporting our community work, Atlas ABC is a place to reset, refocus and rebuild.

Five ways we work, one mission

We deliver community boxing sessions, amateur boxing development and evidence-led boxing mentoring for young people. Our work combines boxing discipline with positive relationships, routine, emotional regulation, confidence and personal development.

Already producing positive change

Through boxing, mentoring and structured support, Atlas ABC helps young people build confidence, coping skills, self-belief, emotional awareness and positive relationships. The 2025-26 outcomes show strong improvements in wellbeing, social connection, optimism, relaxation and problem-solving.

Just turn up, or register ahead

Community sessions (Box Cubs, Atlas Youth, Atlas Adults) are walk-in, no booking needed. Anyone aged 17 or under needs a parent or guardian at their first session to complete registration. Women Only Self Defence and SEND Children Boxing require booking. Call 07399 922 963.
