Whether you are joining for fitness, developing as an amateur boxer, referring a young person, volunteering or supporting our community work, Atlas ABC is a place to reset, refocus and rebuild.
We deliver community boxing sessions, amateur boxing development and evidence-led boxing mentoring for young people. Our work combines boxing discipline with positive relationships, routine, emotional regulation, confidence and personal development.

Through boxing, mentoring and structured support, Atlas ABC helps young people build confidence, coping skills, self-belief, emotional awareness and positive relationships. The 2025-26 outcomes show strong improvements in wellbeing, social connection, optimism, relaxation and problem-solving.

More than a boxing gym, a place to train, grow and belong
Atlas ABC is more than a boxing gym. We provide a safe, structured space where young people and adults can train, grow, connect and develop the confidence to make positive choices inside and outside the gym.

Community sessions (Box Cubs, Atlas Youth, Atlas Adults) are walk-in, no booking needed. Anyone aged 17 or under needs a parent or guardian at their first session to complete registration. Women Only Self Defence and SEND Children Boxing require booking. Call 07399 922 963.

Designated Welfare OfficerCo-founder and Head Coach supporting boxing delivery, coaching standards, session structure, athlete development and the club's community coaching pathway.
All Atlas ABC coaches delivering sessions are qualified, hold valid safeguarding and First Aid, and are DBS checked. Safeguarding and welfare are central to club delivery, and the Designated Welfare Officer is Aysha Limbada.
